Tractor Jacks delivered as this Reuben hit the spot. We had just poured concrete this afternoon and it was a very sandy site so the barrowin’ was tough. With that said I felt as though I had built up a sufficient appetite to truly enjoy this sando. It had a generous potion of meat and a perfect balance of mustard to sauerkraut. The bread had gotten a little soggy, but that was my fault as I took the order to go. Even so it was still delicious. I also had the pleasure of dining with Oleksandr (pictured gearing up to motor through a chicken parm), a recent addition to the Boa crew. From Ukraine and with skads of experience in the trades I was the fortunate beneficiary of his years of roofing knowledge, as we discussed the perks and pitfalls of metal/shingle roofs. All told this dinner gets a big thumbs up! Slava Ukraini!
